Mimmy Tjia, co-founder of Zaat Hap Laa, graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts, Curating and Artistic Strategies in 2023 and received the HART Award in the same year. She focuses on conceptual and experimental works, painting, and drawing that explore humanity through construction and deconstruction. Her enthusiasm for craftsmanship drives her to commit to community art educational projects, exploring innovative ideas in traditional materials.
